Shirley is the co-founder of GreenPoint Global and has recently assumed the role of President of the Company. She has more than two decades of experience working for multinationals in the financial services and consumer marketing industries as well as start-ups. She holds an M.A. in Economics from Bombay University and an M.B.A. from the University of Bridgeport, CT. Shirley has taught investment programs in Norwalk Community College and in the Larchmont and Mamaroneck Continuing Education Center. She has been deeply involved in school education initiatives in the tristate area over the last decade.

Nagesh has led and managed GreenPoint's India operations since 2005, overseeing the growth of the team from 40 employees to its current base of several hundred. Nagesh is responsible for all aspects of operations, including hiring, client delivery, and services, ensuring that the Indian production facility delivers unparalleled services and products to GreenPoint's clients worldwide. Nagesh is a veteran of the publishing business, with over 20 years' experience in overseeing operations involving conceptualization, setup, and strategic management of profit centers. Prior to his tenure at GreenPoint, Nagesh held several executive positions at DNC and Datamatics. Nagesh holds a BS in commerce from Mumbai University.
